Another person from an 813 area code called my tech deficient mother And left a message saying they would be serving a summons, and to call this number, 5615714384, to sort out the details and wish me the best of luck.
If someone appeared at the door, she was told to have 2 forms of ID available (hmmm) and if she couldn't be reached at the door, her workplace would be contacted.
Consistent with other reports from numbers connected to this shtick, this is a scam. Don't give them any info, nor the time of day to try to find out what could motivate someone to do this. They want to take advantage of the elderly, and will take every last dime from your grandmother if she allows them to.
Copy and paste this on similar sites if you found it the way I did, concerned googling.

some man from a 1-786-587-0224 number called and said he worked for Florida State Legal services and had a subpoena to deliver next day , to show to forms of ID ,if it wasn't signed a warrant for my arrest would be issued . He gave me this number 561-571-4384 to call to find out who was collecting the debt .

I received a phone call from 503-388-9638 saying that he was with Oregon State Legal Services and he gave the whole spiel that the other entries mentioned. Subpeona, tomorrow, two forms of address, warrant for my arrest. etc. I guess I should ignore this phone call. This question is for the others, did anyone show up the next day to your homes.

This person also called my sister and called her as if she was me and gave her the same script but this time he called from an Arkansas area code.

Definitely a scam. The owners' real name are Wayne and the other one is Christopher Reeves ( you can see his mugshot if you google it under West Palm Beach public records). The office is located at 324 Datura st West Palm Beach, FL. I will provide more info at your request
