Voicemail was from Mr. Jay Lawrence, looking for a Realtor who specializes in Luxury real estate in Tampa. Sounded like a scam to me.  Missed call was actually from 520 area code. Message to call back was 561.

Scammer keeps calling me as Jae Lawrence on my work line. No VM

Got a message from Jay Lawrence looking for event services - was very vague.  Will not be calling him back.

Call first comes from someone else claiming to sell add space for a publication that goes to "country clubs."  When you press them for info they put Jay Lawrence on the phone and he tries to bully and interrupt, and if you ask for details you can catch him in blatant lies, such as "I emailed you the details" but he doesn't actually have your email address at all.

I received a call from this number saying he was Jay Lawrence. Very vague, but said he was "looking for a ReMax representative, of course, in the wonderful Ponte Vedra/Jacksonville area". I might have considered calling to confirm his needs until he said "the wonderful..." PV/Jax area. Anyone but a salesperson would not talk like that. I will not be returning his call.

Called many times and left vague messages, including his name or reason for call. Finally, one time he stated he was looking for a doula in St Pete.

Called my shop today and said he was SO excited about a local golf tournament which he called by the wrong name (and it’s many months away).  Wanted to sell ad space in a publication that I think only exists in his head.  Total scammer.

Jay Lawrence keeps calling and leaving messages saying he is looking for a luxury real estate professional specializing in waterfront property.

Jay Lawrence.  Looking for a real estate agent in Ann Arbor.  This is at least the 2nd call as I had it in my blocked messages.  Strange given previous reports say FL and the number is FL but I am in Michigan.  I don't trust it.

He called and wanted our company to buy advertisement space is a country club magazine that would go out to different clubs around Dallas TX. He was very pushy and vague. My boss said his email was also very scammy.

Scammer Strikes again! Stay away! He is not a buyer, he is a sleazy sales person.

So excited to get my CLHMS designation through the Luxury Institute and was thrilled to get a call so quickly - This guy left a message saying  "this is Jay Lawrence and I'm looking for a real estate professional over there and you had some good recommendations on the luxury home marketing Institute site" and wanted me to call him back.  I left two messages and then decided to google - Yeah - glad I checked - I won't be calling him back.  What a bummer!

Calls from this number are a total SCAM.  He pretends to be a customer looking to hire you when he leaves his message, but he is really trying to sell you "magazine advertising". Other reviews here state that they suspect the magazine does not even exist.  Given the sleezy and dishonest sales approach you should probably STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I got the same message from Jay Lawrence from a 561 number looking for a luxury agent in Fort Lauderdale.
