Received a call from Randy Gray from a program on the Biography Channel hosted by Joan Lunden on behalf of their producer Craig Roberts who wanted to set up a call with me to ask some questions about our business, said they were doing a series on Franchises in America.  She gave me the number 561-826-0867 ext. 280 and said it was Craig's direct line.  Glad I looked up the phone number she provided and found out they changed their number from 561-826-0662 to the one I provided, I will not be answering the call based on the info that others posted about 561-826-0662.  Definitely the same people just different names & number.

Yep, got a frantic call from someone named Leslie Potentiam saying PBS Biography program is in preproduction and features Joan Lunden. She gave her extention as 146.
