This call has come in every day at the same time and when I try to call the number back no answer.  I think this is someone calling under a fake number.  Dont they understand if you dont know who is calling you can't even respond.

I get a call from this number as well as from other numbers that say FBK.  they are so annoying!  I have asked them to stop, but they don't.  How I love Caller ID! the last one, a few minutes ago, came through on my cell phone so I don't have the caller company name.  Just the number.  for some reason, decided to look up the number and found this site.  thanks!

This phone number belongs to FBK Products, Riviera Beach, FL 33419, here's our story. We are a technology consulting firm and someone must have scamed the scammers. It took me awhile to get this much out of them but someone gave them our phone number and a false name through one of their marketing efforts for an appliance protection plan. They kept calling trying to collect and offer their products to me. I got tired of telling them the person they were looking for didn't exist and no I didn't want there product. Yes this number goes unanswered but I did the homework, the real phone number is 800.884.1276 and it takes you to customer service. The General Managers name is James Paxton, so they say. Their web site is www.fbkproducts.com and they sell a number of different
"protection plans". I think this is great, they got scamed, I should have taken them up on it, they would have ended up insuring $80,000 worth of computers for nothing.

FBK continues to call and has been for three years now.  Months will go by and then I will get an unknown number, on the other end will be some marketer for FBK.  When I come to the realization that it is them AGAIN I tell them to stop calling but they come back around each time with a new way to trick you into listening them without saying who they are.  This latest time they called they ask if I was "my name" and then went quickly into a sales pitch which was mostly unrecognizable and mummbled, the only words I could understand was "verify your order", when I heard that I told them to stop right there and they hung up.  Upon trying to return the call and get verification of who was trying this scam no one answered.  With this website I realized it was FBK.  This company is a sham, there product is worthless, and hopefully they will become a casualty of the economic slide.

I've been getting calls from FBK much like the others here.  I've asked nicely & rudely for them to stop calling now I just hang up.  I have asked many times to be taken off their call list and have even supposedly spoken with supervisors that promised to do that - hasn't worked.  Next I think I need to contact the state attorney general.

These scum bags used to call my Grandmother and talk her into buying their septic system treatment all the time. There has got to be 15 containers of that stuff in the storage room. I answered one day and asked them not to call again, that we would call them when we needed more, and they said ok. This was a year ago, and they are still calling regularly. Only difference is when she passed away, I moved into her old house and I don't have serious alsheimers like she did when they were taking advantage of her

They appear to have a second number that they call from, and this is it.  I blocked their 1st # through my phone company.  I just blocked this # too.  I've asked them how they got my number.  They keep telling me that they are getting postcards with our name & number on it.  I think this is a load of BS.  I've asked nicely and rudely to be removed to no avail.  Now I just block them-problem solved!

Include me in all these calls from FBK.  I ordered their septic product once - a years ago.  Completely stunk.  They kept calling and calling, but I have asked nicely, etc.  Keep calling me. I got nasty.  Keep calling me.  So now I blocked their number.  Creeps.

I get this call at least 4 times a day in the morning. They let is ring and then they hang up when I answer.

I am on the Do Not Call Registry and this company calls at least every other day.  Today they called twice.  My phone company told me they can't block phone numbers.  They told me that if I am on the do not call registry to complain every time they call.  They are supposed to get fined for each complaint.  I don't know if it's true or not, but if everyone adds them to the DNC complain data base, maybe something will happen.  I have also reported them to the BBB.  The next step is the attorney general.  They should be closed down immediately.

They call my parents everyday. My parents are in there 70's and are tired of the phone calls and do not know what to do. I wish they would leave my parents alone. They have not even had the number they have now a year so I don't know how they got it.

This is FBK Products. I was a customer until their calls became harassing. They continually call and do not stop after emails and calls requesting to be off their list.

I have now programmed this number into my phone as "DNA" (do not answer) and assigned a 'mute' ringtone; thus, I neither have to hear nor answer the calls.

received call from "Chuck" re: my "septic plan"...told him I don't have a septic,I have 2 home warranty plans-- as I've told numerous other callers from FBK. He switched to trying to sell me an EXTRA plan for kitchen appliances, (which is what I thought I'd bought last go-'round). Said, no, it was for furnace, etc, but NOT kitchen appliances! He wanted another credit card auto-deduction for that, with an electronics warranty for $37.50/mo. He wanted to put it on a credit card number, but I told him we'd recently had fraudulent activity on a Visa card, so I wanted to talk it over w/my husband, and look it up. He said the paperwork would be out in 10 days or so. I asked if he could go 10 days without a microwave! That after I saw the paperwork, I'd send the credit card number...if I was interested. He said if I'd stopped the card charges due to changing credit cards, my warranty was invalid.

He was quite pushy but insistent that I decide right then. I told him, it was on my terms, or not at all. He self-importantly insisted he was "not in sales", but "right here in the administrative offices", like he was an owner....or wanted me to believe so: giving me HIS "private" extension of 5974 for the (800)730-7315 number to get back to him.... Caller ID showed (561)962-0988. Upon checking, it wasn't on a Visa card, but AmEx. (I may have switched it over after the misuse (chgs to iTunes) was found by my credit card company.

I decided, after reading up on the internet & talking w/ my husband, that I'd discontinue auto-payments immediately, and so called the company and asked for the bookkeeper.Calling the 800#, asking for billing, I was given the extension directly to Karen, who seemed pleasant & professional. She said the charges would stop immediately, (but gave me no cancellation number, which the credit card company said I would need if charges come through after I notify them to cease and desist. They will give no such number, but she gave me her direct phone line.)

We will see what happens, but very grateful for the info on this site. Let's hope if this is a scam, they're caught and put out of business sooner rather than later.Also, watch your credit card bills for fraud in other items...I got LifeLock (I don't work for them or have a vested interest in this recommendation), and sleep a bit easier now.

PS. This is NOT an accusation: but, I couldn't help wondering if this is a bigger racket than it appears: how many others of you have found fraudulent OTHER smaller charges on the same credit cards you've let them auto-bill you on??? This may be a way of accessing information that is used for serial small charges on people's cards. My instincts said Chuck seemed like/spoke like a New Jersey Mafioso type!My husband says, don't be surprised if they are ex-cons even....BEWARE!

This number just called and when I said I was who he asked for..he immediately started in on the septic tank pitch..I tried to stop him to tell him I'm not interested but he kept on.  I hung up and he immediately called me back.  I had to be RUDE to him and tell him I am NOT interested so please remove this number from his calling list.  He then rambled off an address and said if I wanted to be removed from the list I'd have to put it in writing.  WTF ... Very rude salesman and VERY persistent.

This number 5619620988 will not stop calling and asking for people we have no clue about. We just get to bed at night they call they call before we even getup in the morning.. Told them we are calling police its harassment then they call back 5-8 times in a row laughing...

Bought septic tank cleaner about 3 years ago and have since moved and no longer have a septic tank. Asked to be removed from their call list many, many times. They refuse to take my name off their list.

They call my number each day in the morning and in the afternoon.  I don't answer calls when I don't recognize the number.
