Called my cell, don't know who they are. Hung up when I answered. I only answer because I know I can block the number after!  This number is noted as spam on other sites.

This is the famous "hi this is Rachel (or any other name) from card services.  Congratulations, your payment history entitles you to a special rate, etc. etc."  The FCC shut these people down several times but they just open up under a different name.  It's a scam.  Block it.  Here's some info on them.

I got a call from 561-962-1507 on March 19, 2018 at 12:10 pm, about the time telemarketers start to call.  The caller did not leave a message even though my answering machine was on.  My caller ID said, "Out of area," usually a sure sign of a telemarketer.

If this was a legitimate business call wouldn't it be wise for the caller to leave a short message?  After all, if the call was important enough to make in the first place wasn't it important enough to leave a message?

Unrecognized number.  The (561) 962-1507 was preceded by a whole lot of numbers which made ius think it was suspicious, likely out of country.   Didnt answer.  No message left.  Will block based on above and comments on other sites

As best I could make out (bad line), the caller said the rebuilding bonanza contracts were about to be handed out to the top Loan and hedge fund lenders for the rebuilding of Porto Rico and I needed to get in on the ground floor fast or miss out! These loans have been designed to above all generate super high profits for investors and that the debt Porto Rico will be holding will pay huge dividends.I would also be able to pass on these profits to my loved ones for generations, but there was a catch, I had to use their tax free, offshore accounts on Snake Island to do that. I asked the nice lady if this would hurt Porto Rico while it was down and out so bad. She asked me “what’s your point?” So I said, I think I will pass and hung up.

Scammer. Does anyone really answer their phone anymore if the caller leaves no msg and show, unknown, out of area, private. What a waste of time since all these types go right to my block list.
