I got a called from Kyle at Publishing servies said I was eligible to win $5000 a week?  This must be a scam service?

they just called me 2 times today and do not leave message

keeps calling i dont answer and this number leaves messages but leaves no message!!!!!

This number calls multiple times per day on my cell phone. Voice-mails are ALWAYS left, but there's never an actual message - It's just 10 seconds of silence before it hangs up.

There are many of these numbers that do strange activity. Some friends and I are investigating these patterns of calls. We believe these are calls from groups hired by
cellphone companies to make people use up there minutes and texts. Do not react to
them or even listen to their voicemails theyre meant to cause you to use your minutes.
We suspect these calls are targetted to people with prepaid cell phones or assurance
wireless customers, virgin mobile etc.

This number needs to stop callings 3 times in half an hour already.

Called and hung up on me.  I might have been slammed.

Constantly receive calls from this company. Never leaves a message but calls at least once an hour.

Four calls in less than Two hours.......... goes to message but nothing is ever left just dead air.

It's a scam. Said it was a million dollar drawing and I could win a Mustang convertible GT, a, 60in flat screen tv, an ipad, along with a million dollars. I want interested then either. Then started asking if my card was Visa or MasterCard. I'm not giving out my info.

I have a prepaid, but pay $45 a month for unlimited everything. Your theory does make sense, but not for all the calls. Just trying to help your theory.

I think this number may be linked to another US med scam. I always get calls from this number immediately following a call from 7145519570 which is a number that has already been established as a us med scam. They never leave a message and no one is ever on the line when you answer.
