This also was my call from Synchrony bank for 2 factor authentication.

I believe this number is used to verify passwords for Synchrony Bank.
It is a security check for buying things online for the bank's customers.

Two factor indentification using recorded message from Synchrony Bank-not spam.  Beware if it is a live person since the number could be spoofed.

No way this number is legit or from anyone legit.  Caller ID said "City of Boca Raton"  Got a call on a Saturday at 9:30 PM !!!   It's 12:30 AM in Florida.  And why would the City of Boca Raton call ME ???  Blocked the number.

This was a recorded voice message to give me a code for Synchrony Bank.

11/12/17 12:25 PST  Just now (14:47 PST) discovered this number on call log.  Did not actually ring here and no message was left, but reading back on this site, it appears it may have something to do with application for QCard.

CONCERN raised by the smart posters here:  I have no clue why Synchrony Bank or any trustworthy entity with whom I am not connected , would be calling my mobile phone.  I didn't even know of such a bank until I check the number here.
THANKS to all, and continue to pin down the legions of con artists from all walks of  life for the sake of our young heirs!  Most of all, let us continue to pray God for a peaceful Holiday Season everywhere!

It used to be GE bank until they spun it off.  They issue credit cards, branded ones, and they have several of their own such as CareCredit.  While the number might be spoofed, they might also be looking for a payment, and were either given your number or erroneously attributed your number to the person they are looking for.

Have no idea what this number is   so many fake numbers being used  no message  cant be an important phone call
