A live person never calls, a recording always calls and leaves an 800 number to call back (1-800-709-0241) if you want to reduce your debt.  If you call and tell them to take your name off the list, they hang up on you.  I have been hung up at least 10 times, but they won't stop calling. (I have no debt and therefore no reason for them to call me)

What a waste of time these people are. They never leave messages. Does anyone even call these numbers back and fall for this nonsense anyways? Are there that gulible people out there?????

Got the same thing...  I am getting sick of tired of these types of calls...  Are they trying to collect a debt, sell me something, I don't understand...  They are making me annoyed.

I have been getting these calls for over 2 months now, and I'm also on the Do Not Call Registry; Every time I'd call them back or ask to talk w/ their supervisor, they refuse and hang up; every time I'd ask which company they're with, they tell me they'll call me back and refuse to disclose who they are;

I have heard so many things, from so many different people on here.. One says that the telemarketing firm's telephone service carrier is Freedom Ring Communications (D.B.A. Bay Ring Communications); I also hear it's called Total Marketing Solutions, etc etc.. We really need to come up with something fast!

What I was thinking, is this- one of us sign up for something, build some good rapport with one of the reps, get as much info as we can, then BANG!

Hey guys! The company responsible for all of this (which is the company who actually provides these other companies with the phone services) is Wildgate Services (aka Digitcom Services- digitcom.net) out of Culver City, CA. Call them at once! Their # is 800.464.5446 and ask them for their address, if they'll even provide it. The next step is to Contact the FCC- the TCPA strictly states that they are NOT to deny you your right for a proper and legit location mentioned from the rep when they call you, but they've been giving false whereabouts and that is also a violation. I have calculated, under the TCPA, I am entitled NOW to $36,000 from these idiots and I am filing my small claims suit today! (it's only $55!!) Also, the FCC just may do that for you as well! :D

Make sure you log all calls and document the numbers, times, and dates and what happened in each call.. also, they are NOT allowed to deny you the right to a copy of their DO NOT CALL maintenance policy. ask for that next time and EACH time they call you, and log each denial or hang up from them, which just buries them even MORE!

So you know, Wildgate Services aka Digitcom is a phone carrier. They are not the ones responsible for making these calls to you. good luck suing them for calling you. They don't make telemarketing calls.

I've recieved many calls to my cell phone with offers to reduce or consolodate loans, etc.
Yesterday, this number called with an offer to sign up for Direct-TV.
I had just recieved in the mail offers, of a one day only sale, so, thought that for once that it was legit.
Gave them my info, they said they would have to call back, and have not heard from them.
So far, nothing has been taken from my accounts.

I have also recieved several calls from (562)289-8146 and (916)219-8136. On my caller ID it said FORX for the name. I did a search with the first phone number and it gave me this page. No one left a message and when I called the number I still did not find out who this was. The only thing I got was a message that said, "If you are calling because you missed our call, please hang up and we may call you back soon with our special offer. However, if you wish to have your number removed from our list please enter your 10 digit telephone number followed by the pound sign and we will add you to our "do not call" list."
Who are these people and what do they want?

Another thing that I forgot to add; when I tried having my number removed, the message kept repeating "Sorry, you have entered an invalid number. Please hang up and try your call again." It repeated the message 3-4 times then it just went to a busy signal, it wouldn't even let me put my number on the "DNC" list that these people supposedly have. WHAT A JOKE!

Been getting calls from this number a lot lately. I've stopped answering when I see this number on my phone. Leaves incoherent or partial message. Wish they would stop calling.

I didn't call  back cause its a waste of time and money. I almost did but then decided to search for the number and luckily found this!

I get these calls every single day...  I want to know how they got my cell number.  The call is being directed out of the country.

These folks are just ridiculous! This is a new number for me.  I don't even have one credit card, and this phone is on my daughter's account, so I don't want to waste minutes and money answering these fools!  I've been getting calls day and night...  and it just needs to stop!

I have had this name show up several times too, hadn't paid much attention if the number is the same or not. It shows up 'Paging Phone CA' on Id. A computer starts to leave a message, but cuts off, they start talking over the answering machine's message, so can't really make it out. I just recently put my number on the national do not call list and am hoping some of these crazy calls will stop.

I am sick of these idiots.. wasting my time, my voice mail, I got to call and clear the message, and the sometimes I am interuppted to answer the phone and it is them.. The message is some clearly spoken American guy but all the people answering the phone sound middle eastern and it is as if they HATE americans.. the company is probably just that.. some scam that trades our information and preys on us, stupid Americans or what ever they think of us.. I am going to start recording the conversations and putting them on the web.. the other day I got one, say it is imperative that i call this guy gary, but then there is no gary and the people hung up on me several times when I asked to speak with a manager and they ask if I need to consolidate my debt and I say no they hang up, wasting my time, f*cking with me, mentally.. I'm going to try a vulcan mind meld on them next time.. maybe if we all pick a time and date and on the minute, all focus all our minds' energies on something, maybe we can make the company's computers burst into flames, or make the guy gary , poop his pants or something, all of us, concentrate and focus on the same thing.. but his message said 'it is imperative that I call him' but he is not there.. so I started calling back, swearing, and saying, it is imperative that they learn to speak proper english..... they are intruding into my home and being rude to me.. they have zero respect and I am done letting it go, just so someone can leech off us and make more money than I do, working hard at what I do..
