Got a call from 562-401-5940 to call 866-352-4737 for a message from Kaiser.

Just checked with Kaiser.  This is a legit number. (866-352-4737)

I too received a call from this number in Downey.  Told me to call a Kaiser number and enter in my medical record number to receive the message.

Received a call from this number w/ automated message stating there was a prescription ready at the Kaiser Pharmacy.

I received four calls from 1-562-401-4940. They asked me to call and give my Kaiser number, but did not recognize it when I did. Caller idea was just the number, plus "California". It said I had a message from Kaiser

Kaiser pharmacy call center number. It will call you to let you know you have a prescription to pick up. It's based in Long Beach, CA which is odd as I live in Berkeley and my pharmacy is in Oakland.

Have been recieving calls every other week for someone, called KP customer services, they cant help which is ridiculous. KP is wasting my minutes. KP customer rep forwarded my compliant to superviser. Hopefully my # gets removed which i doubt.

It's calling the Daytime telephone number you have listed in your profile at Kaiser.  If you don't want it calling your cell phone, or would prefer Kaiser call you at a different number, contact Member Services and provide the number you would prefer to receive messages at.

Perhaps, or perhaps Gulzar isn't even with Kaiser and his phone number is in Kaiser's system under someone else's account.

Kaiser keeps calling me from this number. I'm not a Kaiser member, and they refuse to contact their member to update the phone number on record. Any ideas on what I can do to stop them from calling my cell phone every 2 weeks.

Give out your Kaiser number to ONLY to the Pharmacy you currently use. I totally ignored this call and called my REGULAR pharmacy. Not paranoid, just these days with identity theft, take every precaution you can.
