I have been receiving calls from this number saying they are pre trial intervention wanting to speak with me or my attorney today or i waived my right to counsel and my case will be submitted. They never said who they were calling for i have no clue what this is about it's scare tacit from a bill collector

I received a call from this number on 1/8/2015 but I did not answer, they left a voicemail stating the same that they were a pre-trial and needed to speak with me or my attorney.  I do not have anything that would require me to have an attorney.  Sounds like a fraud.  Thank you to Scarlett for verifying this number.

I called them back and they wanted me to verify my ss number I told them no and they could take me to court. so i guess i will see what happens. I'm so tired of these people I haven't gotten any loans on line for 5 years and they still keep calling  crazy.

Received Similar call on 1/8/16 attempting to collect debt for issuing a check over felony amount. This is charges made 5 years ago.

Most likely this group; debt scammers almost certainly.  And more.  Block and ignore all calls from this number.  DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY OR AGREE TO.

Got the same call.... pre-trial intervention. Scamners....

Received call from 563-275-7029...I answered.  The person who spoke, was female,  stated quickly "this is pre-trial intervention associates" then stated something about preventing court, press option #1.  This was a live call....no recording.  I pressed "1" and then heard a recording that customer service was not available."  I called them back...the same person who called me, answered.   I assertively asked her who she was...she didn't answer....I asked her who she was with...she then stated pretrial intervention associates.  She asked me to hold...I told her I would not and she better never call my number again and threaten me with anything again.  She stated she didn't call me.  I told her YES YOU DID, about 10 to 15 minutes ago and if you continue to call me and threaten me....you will hear from MY ATTORNEY!

There should be no debt out there that I am not aware of. Sure it is a scam.

Thank goodness for selective call forwarding where I can forward them to the Google phone number that I have set up that will play a recording of "Hello, and Welcome to the Mental Health Hotline..." (Laughing hysterically at the thought) ;~D

I got a call from them several months back about pretrial intervention I told them my lawyer will call them. They stopped call, but are now calling back. The so called trial never occurred. I don't think they have the right to state I refuse the right to a lawyer. All seems fishy to me

Phone calls are NOT an official notification (neither are faxes, texts, or emails).  That losing  your rights is pure bull & a  scare tactic.
Demand written proof of the "problem" that is mailed to you.  Don't expect anything but excuses and more illegal threats.  Give your state attorney general a call.

I received a call from this number today at 11:58AM.  I did call them back at 12:13PM and was placed on hold right away.  I then hung up and will wait to see if they call back so I can get some info from them.  I will then pass that info on to the law firm I work with regularly for them to call/handle as needed.

They called again at 2:03PM and unfortunately I had stepped away from my phone at that time.  The message that was left stated "Hello this is Melissa with Pretrial Intervention. You have a pending case in our office needs your immediate attention. I do need to speak with either you or your attorney of record immediately today. My telephone number is 563-275-7029. If I do not hear from either you or your attorney. I will be forced to document that you have waived you right to counsel and submit your case. Please govern yourself accordingly. Thank you." the same as one of the above callers.  I called them back at 2:33PM and they answerd the phone with "Goldestine and Associates".  This time I did not get placed on hold and told them that I was returning a call to this number and was trying to figure out who it was.  The person that answered stated "OK let me find out who we are trying to reach" she then gave me my name.  I asked her for her name (Kaylan Jones) and the address to their location (21 North Clinton Street, Iowa City, Iowa).  I proceeded to tell her "I think that is all the info I need" and she hung up on me with out even trying to verify any of my info.  I never gave her a yes or no if that was my name or not.  As I finish here I will be contacting my law firm to see what the next step will be (if any on my end).  I will try to keep this updated.

As I was jotting down all the info for my law firm, I decided to Google the address given to me.  The address come up as the Old Capitol Museum in Iowa City, Iowa - obviously an incorrect or fake address.  So I decided to call them back for the correct address. I called them at 3:03PM and there was no answer, I hung up and waited a couple of minutes then called back at 3:06PM and someone answered after several rings.  I explained that I had called about 30 min earlier to get their address but was given the wrong address or I heard it wrong.  The person on the other end of the line was typing and then placed me on hold for 4 min (3:07PM to 3:11PM) when the line disconnected.  I called back again immediately and got a different person and asked for their address since I was disconnected just a second ago.  She said "I just heard someone say you hung up on them"  I told her that that was not correct and that I just want an address.  She started to give an address then stopped herself and stated that they were trying to reach...... I stopped her and asked her nicely again for a mailing or physical address.  She said that they needed to know what I wanted to do about my case (I still have never told them who I was). I stopped her again and sternly said that I was only needing an address from her for my attorney.  She then hung up on me also.  I tried to call back 3 more time with the no answer any of the times.  I then called my law firm at 3:14PM and gave the receptionist a quick overview of what has happened so far.  She let me know that she would give my info over to the attorney that handles these matters and to expect a call soon.  I received my call from my attorney at 3:26PM (I love that quick response) and gave her the entire breakdown on what has happened so far.  She told me to block their number if possible and if they call back to ask them to not call again.  She also explained that due to the fake/incorrect address given it is more than likely a scam that and that by asking them for their info and calling to request the correct info that they are probably not going to call me back anytime soon since I called their bluff.  She did say that if I do get another call from them that she would start calling them on my behalf and has no problem calling them several times a day to get the info she needs for whatever actions need to be taken but it is not likely that they will call back

They called me yesterday & left a voicemail which was a recording as many stated above about pre trial intervention. They called again this morning but did not leave a voicemail. They did not say my name specifically (or any name as to who they were attempting to notify) or leave a case number so this is a scam. You would be notified in writing if there were any kind of court proceedings you are involved in. I'm blocking the number.
