It was one of those calls about a pending matter in their office and that they have papers to serve and will be verifying your place of work and home address.  Always let calls from numbers I don't know go to voice mail.  Never call back.

Recieved call about pending matter in office on my VM. I called back and asked to verify their mailing address,  the lady gave me an address to  warehouse verified on Google

Received message about business matter, and papers forwarded to my county. Gave phone number and file no.

Same, have a file pertaining to several legal matters I am being investigated for.  The call came from 615-610-0978 and told me to call this number back

They kept leaving that number with a strange sounding voice.  They left it on my and my wife’s cell phones.  Every time I called back the number was not in service.  They said it was from some Recovery service.  Today they answered.  I was in my car so I did not hear her name clearly.  I asked her what this was about.  She did not ask for my file number.  She knew it was me, my address and last 4 of my social.  She said I worked at some strange place and that this debt of $500 was a loan with web loans from 2008.  I told her I never did this and don’t know who this would be.  She said with all of the fees it is now $954.  I told her to send me more documentation.  She said she will send it.  They called from 615-610-0978 and 256-346-0643.

They called a family member's home and left a message.  I decided to call back.  The first girl I spoke with said her name was Mrs. Wall and she was calling for another company. She put me on hold... but I was in a hurry so I hung up and called back.  Another woman called and said she was Mrs. Wall (completely different voice) and said she was calling about a PayDay Loan from over 10 years ago (In which was paid a VERY long time ago). She told me (Yelling at me) it doesn't matter if I say it was paid and that I can't prove it because she has the paperwork. I hung up.  Don't fall for it!

They are calling daily, when you tell them you want original creditor and dollar amount and their phone number as well as a formal validation of debt they hang up.  I was a corporate fraud investigator in the past, this is BS, they try to pull collections tactics and scare you into paying.  I actually spoke with the real dynamic recovery and there is no relation.

I received one too. This happened before. They are scammers.

says I owe money from a pay day loan but cant provide proof or documentation and hung up when I started prying for answers

Called my parents house,,,left work cause it scared me,,,listened to message and said there was a case pending and they were going to contact my place of employment and gave me a case file.  No company name was given and it was a robo call.  i called the number and he said I owed $500,00 for a payday loan from 2005.  I said that it was payed off a very long time ago.  The guy(gave me no name) said do I have proof and I said yes.  He said that he would email me the documents...gave him my email and he hung up on me.  He did't even ask or tell me my address.  He hasn't emailed me the documents as of yet!!!

Said I owed a company called American Web Loan...called American Web Loan, they ran my social said I have never been in there system....Guy threatened to have me served & sued

I got a message and I decided to call back with the number they gave 5732275238. No one picked up the phone and it was just a regular recording to leave a message like a cell phone.

Yes I just received the exact same call. 2nd time..Seems when you look into payday loans I calls are made. Threatening / charges case/  I will be served tho I can can fight it. Left case # no name ..They said they will verify my address & employer today! I don’t like this makes me nervous! I’ve had payday loans tho paid in the past. I’ve was scammed $1,200 couple years ago. It sounded professional, tho recorded clear voice..

YES these people called me last year around this same time they got me then but will never get me a second time. but this year they called my son that's in the military, my other son that's still in high school and my mother saying the same thing they said to other people who have statements on here don't fall for it. They called me around the time end of the year with the same reference from before and when I told her I have already taken care of that she said no i didn't so i said this is the number you just gave me , she tried to say that was not the number. I said ok well that's the one you left on my voice mail and the one you just gave me then she just hung up.

I thought it was a scam, but I wasn't sure. The longer I thought about it, I knew I hadn't taken out a loan back in 2013.
Mine was $619.++ at the final bill, but was now $1864.++.
Lying, conning sacks! Hope they rot!

Called my daughter and she’s very adamant about this kind of stuff she got mad st me because this guy left a very rude message on her phone saying he had papers on me and will verify my address and place of employment he was so rude on the message and threatened me , I’m calling the FTC to report them. They never have the documents you ask for. Now my daughter is very upset with me!!
