Claims he left his creditcard at home.women once he scams your money he gets your # gets off the net. Becareful

Ricardo Romero is another name he uses.  Claims daughter lives in UK and is at a boarding school.  Tried to get me to send $ to her for her birthday party.  Claimed he is a doctor.   Was going to Afghanistan today...sure.  Never had a clear connection on the phone.  Claimed he was from Indiana but number he used was a landline from OK. Be very careful!!!!!!
