    701 exchange is Enid, OK. but caller-id numbers can be spoofed which is the MO of scammers. It is a robocall that switches to a live person if you pick up and answer the phone.  Person could not pronounce my name correctly which is a dead giveaway that the attempted contact is from a call list and definitely NOT from someone who knows me. Told person I do not accept such calls and hung up.
