Received a call from 585-206-6237 today.  CID said "LOCALPHONE", they did not leave a message so I added them to my call blocker.

Received call @ 11:44 AM (EST). Caller I.D. showed: "LOCAL PHONE". I did not answer and no message was left on my voice mail.

Called my DNC registered landline. A thick accented Indian told me I was on Medicare and wanted to get me a brace for my knee or back. He read from the same script they always use. I’m not on Medicare and I don’t have back or knee pain.

Did not answer as I did not know the #. I've been having a lot of these back pain etc calls lately. Reporting to the FCC

Report them all you want, they just close up shop the minute the FCC contacts them and then reopen in the same place with the same phone under a new name.

Caller ID read Holley, NY ... no message left.

We're on the Do Not Call (DNC) list.  I received a call at 9:06 AM (EST) on March 6, 2019 from, "Chad".  Through a thick Indian accent  "Chad" told me I was on Medicare and wanted to provide a brace for my knee or back. I noted the Caller I.D. = "Holley, NY" and questioned why the VOIP IP trace showed he was NOT from Holley, NY.
I asked how could I trust a company that hides behind a fake or spoofed number.   "Chad" hung up after I asked that he please hold while I traced his IP address to the root server to validate the authenticity of his company.

Thickly accented voice that I couldn't understand said something about medicare and mispronounced my husband's last name.  I hung up. "Do not call list" doesn't work, does it?

I did not recognize the number and did not answer. From the previous comment my suspicion that it was a scammer/spammer are confirmed. Thanks to the others who reported their experience with this number here!

says LOCAL PHONE on the caller ID. Shady scammer trying to screw over seniors with some 'medicare' nonsense they are not medicare or your insurer don't be scammed.

Received a call 3/12/19 at 9:44 AM CID showed Holley NY. I don't know anyone from there, so blocked call. From other reports on 800Notes, it is a scammer as I suspected. Now my memory for blocked calls is full & I have to start deleting calls & start this all over again. These predators should have to spend eternity listening to scammers 24/7 where the phone never quits ringing.

Same ID as above.  Picked up and waited in silence.  Woman came on the line asking for me by my last name.  Did not answer.  They hung up.  Now blocked.   Fortunately my service has unlimited number  of  blocked.  Now up to 1669 numbers blocked since 2013!  Never ending but something to do most days  :)

This number called the office this morning. Due to the thick accent, I couldn't catch the caller's name or his supposed business name, apart from clearly hearing the word "Medicare." He mistook me for the boss' spouse and asked if I was on Medicare.

I truthfully told him I wasn't and that there must be some sort of mix-up. When I asked if he could fix this and remove me from his list, the caller simply replied, "Have a good day," and hung up on me.

Received a call from this telephone number. No message was left. Anonymous callback reached an R.N.A.

They called  said they were from a senior help group. Knew my name  I did not verify my name and told them I was not a senior. I am and hung up on them.  Came up as local call

Do not call only works with companies who operate legally.  These fly-by-night scammers don't worry about legal niceties.  Ignore them or get call blocker.  It would be nice if we lived in a world if only honest people.  The sad truth is there are many who would just as soon cheat you out of your hard earned money rather than do real work themselves.

Caller ID showed Local Phone.  No message.  A spoofed caller id and a scam/scum call.  Area code 585 is not even close to being local.

Left no voice mail, caller ID read, "Out of area."

School must be out for the year in Mumbai. They are hiring the young and stupid now.
