See if one of the free apps for call blocking will work on your cell phone. There's several out there, just google. Mr. Number is one of them. File complaints , survey's are not exempt from getting into trouble once they have been asked to place you on the internal DNC list, they can still get into trouble.  Also file a complaint with your phone service provider.

Research Center, a Fax number calls every day. Disturbing and Annoying

Mrs. Montee.  I am so very sorry that you have to put up with these idiots even in the ICU unit. Pray that your husband gets well soon and best advice I feel I can give is do not answer any call from a number you do not recognize (especially one with an unknown area code) -- there is a special place in hell for these morons. Cannot figure out how they sleep at night after harassing people all day.

Also called me (again) at 5:38 pm on 9/23/14. Naturally, did not leave a message. Firstly, I do not know anyone in Michigan, secondly if so important, leave a message and maybe I will call back.

The 5862000166  number calls about 3 times a day. We do not answer.

Called a total of 4 times today. I answered the one after 9 pm. Just some clicks and hung up.

4 calls tonight within 1 hour.  Never before.  No one on other end.  Will not answer again.  VERY annoying to say the least.  There is a special (awful) place in hell for these folks!

"Don't worry I'm not selling you anything..."  BS I said back to them.  I said you are calling my cell phone and costing me minutes.  I asked them if they are going to pay for the minutes they are costing me.  This company said they are PURPOSELY calling cell phones!  OMG so they are intentionally trying to make me pay my hard earned dollars as minutes to listen to them try and not sell me anything.  Will not remove me from the lists, just hung up after I asked them again if they are going to cover the cost of this call to my cell phone.

Some Survey's, Charity and Political calls, are exempt from the DNC, however, they can still get into trouble for not placing you on a internal DNC when asked, you can also check your states laws in regards. Some states do not allow them to call on their state DNC laws which can differ from the federal.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

I get calls from this number quite often, sometimes two or three times on Saturday and Sunday. No idea who they are, but there needs to be some way to outlaw these constant calls!

I keep was getting calls from them also and then I downloaded a free android app called Truecaller and I can choose to answer a call or block it forever. When you receive a call Truecaller will tell you who it is if the number is in their database. It also gives you the option to search the Web to see who it is and also an option to let Truecaller know who it is. It gives you an up to the minute history of who has called and who they have blocked. You can also only let calls come through that match your address book.
FYI: I have been tracking for the last month of what sites could possibly be releasing my phone # to 3rd parties and I suspect that Publisher's Clearing House and all the pch games, searches, lotto etc. is a major one and possibly Inbox.com, send earnings.com, mypoints etc if you do their questionnaires and mark no to every 3rd party partner they seem to give them your information anyway. I am compiling data and plan on passing it on to authorities.  We should all be able to purchase or request something through the Internet without selling our souls to the devils.

I have received numerous calls from this number throughout the month of September 2014. When I pick up, I hear what sounds like the beeping of a fax machine. The number to speak with a supervisor led to a full voice mailbox. Call back when they are open from 2-9 pm.

Called at 7:pm Monday evening, did not leave a message.  Now blocked.
