keeps calling but does not leave a message.

I have received an average of 4 calls a day for past two weeks.  I have call the number back numerous time to ask them to remove my number from their calling list to no avail.

A voice states their name as "Utility Metrics"... Calling to ask who you would vote for in 2014 Calgary By-election and other political survey questions.
I am getting 6-10 of these calls a day mostly between 17:00 - 20:00.
The first question should be "Press 1 if you do not wish to receive these calls"

Calls frequently, but we ignore.  No message left.

3 CALLS TODAY.

4 calls this afternoon. What a pain these outfit is. No message left

5th call this afternoon from (587)316-8082. No msg left. Called and it's Utility Metrics. Left msg to NOT call back. LOL. Like that will happen

The next time they phone I am going to answer it, and lay into them to Lay off the calls. I received 4 to 5 just today. All of the calls are within an hour of each other. So whom ever answers better have a good reason for this harassment!

The number I get a call from utilities metrics is 587-616-8082.  I asked them not to call me numerous times.....but they still do

They get one chance, then I block them

587-316-1650 have called 5 times in last 1/2 hr.. Don't leave a message and when I try and callback it's says call cannot be completed as dialed.

I got the call from Utility Metrics on March 1, 2015, and call display says their number is (587)316-8082.  It was a recorded message, asking me about who I would vote for in the upcoming Alberta elections, who best could lead the province, what the most important issue is for the election, etc.  My responses, by pushing numbers on the phone, were all over the map, hardly my real opinion.  I have no idea who this company really is, or who is paying from them to make these calls.  I assume the party (ies) will plan their scripts based on the results of this survey - reliable??!!  How sad that these political folk can't prepare their message based on their beliefs and researched hard data.
