First time I got a call from this number.  No message, so I blocked it.

Have received calls from this number many times over the year. They call 1 or 2 times a day for 3 or 4 days then nothing for a month or two.   Never leave a message.   I never answer either.

No message left.

First time I got called, and I don't think it will be the last time ( oh, joy ) called at 9:00pm. At least they're not calling while I'm eating dinner. What's next, calling at midnight? I have no idea who it is, but I wish they would cut the crap and leave a message, or better yet, lose my phone number.

I just received a call from this number, I did not answer, no message left. Called this Saturday Aug 26 th  at 6:00 PM. Just great!

they called about 15m ago, no caller id,  so Of Course .... did not pickup nor did they lv message   :)

Call received. Didn't answer. No message left.

This number called a few minutes ago - no CallerID was displayed. I checked 800 notes, and based on comments, I've now blocked this number. If the City of Calgary uses this as a research firm, as some commenters have indicated, Calgary should reconsider their contract to force their contractor to display a valid CallerID name.
