Sex site looking to enlist members via a text message from "free hook up Canada" I would like to know how the have my number and why they can send sick crap like this to phones that children have access to.

Got a sex text from that number so did my

Received a message from this number at 3:30am - Suggesting I visit a sex site - Called the number back and just got a quick busy signal... Something needs to be done to stop these sick losers from being able to harass people anonymously...

Do a WhoIs lookup and report it to the registrar of the domain in the text. I got one suspended, and have sent Network solutions an email to try to get CanadaHookupsNow and FREEHOOKUPCANADA.COM suspended too.

I got a timely response back from the registrar of meetupincanada.com (Internet.bs Corp.).

How many other ones they have to spam us with is another story. We can win the fight though - do WhoIs searches to find the registrar company and email them with links to these 800notes, whocallsme and other threads. The pricks will give up if they can't keep a domain longer than a week!
