Automated message saying that this is CRA Group. Called twice with no message

This is a bill collector - way down the chain of bottom feeders...by the time these guys get your outstanding bill they likely only paid pennies on the dollar!

PRA Group...keep telling them I'm not who they are calling but they keep calling anyway.

PRA Group Canada. They buy very old debts and attempt to collect even though those debts have been written off and insurances paid. They record the calls and if you speak to them, do not acknowledge the debt. Doing so may nullify any statute of limitations and once again make you responsible for payment. Additionally, they call from many different phone numbers to trick unsuspecting people into answering the phone.

Incorrect. Statute of limitations still apply even if you say the word. They have to have it in writing from you. You have to pay or answer in writing.
