called many times, once as early as 6:45 AM-the caller imnplys they are authorized by my insurer to discuss my medications--have told them that I will not discuss anything with them. Contacted insurer who said they are a vendor contracted by Prime to call me. I do not think this is ethical and have complained to my insurance provider but calls continue. This has to be a scam of some sort

Today received call re Sinthonia Medication Mgmt Co.  Said my insurance had asked them to call.  Started with they needed a list of my medications and my birthdate.  First of all, I don't know them, I don't give out that kind of info over an unsecure telephone and requested a letter authorizing this with the required info.  Was told by a badly accented person that they don't send out letters.  Asked to speak with her supervisor and she hung up.

Said they were rep.my insurance co. Aetna And started asking me what meds.I take and how many of each..I hung up on them.

I was sent a letter from my insurance company suggesting that I contact an organization that would help me decide which medications I am taking should be taken by myself. I speak with my doctors about such things, but the letter stated that this would allow the insurance company to understand the needs for these medications and my health. That isn't their job. And, even though the letter from the Insurance stated that I would not be held in any prejudiced state, the simple statement led me to believe I probably was being held in a negative light because of my health. I believe, and this is just my opinion, that the insurance company is hoping to get me to stop taking certain medications because of their price. I did not answer this call because I believe my doctor's are doing what they can for my health and my insurance company should understand that. I do believe I was contacted because of the cost of my medications, especially my latest one which has to be special ordered each month.

Getting calls daily at all different times from this number. Claims to be my insurance company but I know for a fact my company is not located in Arizona. Cutoff message about pharmacy reviews or something like that. Call 844-866-3735. Then repeats the message in Spanish. Blocked the number on my phone, but it still goes to voicemail which is a pain since I have to get to it to erase it. Maybe time to find out who they are and sue them?

They call 2 week ago and today 23 may 2019 the caller I'd med Management number is (602)-384-9905 wanting and go over my pills I take and my Medicare number the the same thing last two weeks ago

If they are who they say they are, they should already have a list of your medication, why go over it every 3 months with your Dr. and what about the HIPPA law.. I wish someone would answer and see if they have a list of your medications. Also we do not have Aetna, so where is the information coming from.

Just called 3 times back to back.  Finally blocked the number.

Claimed to be calling on behalf of Humana and wanted pharmacy info.  Hung up!

thought this call was related to husbands medical issues, now dont know why they called, but asked about all his medications. not overly concerned as they didnt get any incriminating info from me

This scam number has been calling people for a long time. I have spam blocker on my phone now, it warned me yesterday and it seemed like it's been showing up a lot so I blocked it. Tonight I pick up my phone and the display shows a potential spam call and it's the same number. It didn't show up in my missed calls and didn't leave the VM this time. So, I guess it's blocked and spam blocker is just letting me know it tried again.

Time to file a complaint about this number. Even though it's blocked it is still showing up as potential spam on my phone. What it can't do now is leave the message.

Med. Management is calling  each day  2 times a week. I told them do not call or will report them to FTC.  It is a violation to privacy and HIPA rules to discuss this in a boiler room setting.  Will consider suing them if calls do not stop. My insurance never gave them the phone number and they claim they got the info. from Humana.

They call @ least once a day. Never leaves a message. I don't answer because I don;t recognize the number.
