Unknown number. No message.

Called for the owner - asked for them by name. They were currently in a meeting and the caller said they'd hold. Um, no. I repeatedly asked if I could take a message and they wouldn't leave one. They asked for the owner's personal cell number as well - again, no. Then they hung up on me. A few minutes later someone called again (using a block so no number popped up on our caller ID). Definitely blocking this number - very aggressive and wouldn't leave a message.

Scammer. Called for the owner. Got his name wrong. Asked for his cell phone number. Um...NO. Caller was a douch-bag that sounded like a high pressure 80's stockbroker. Caller ID read: Westside Supply.

Has called twice now. Both times, the caller asked for the owner. When I said he wasn't in, they wanted his cell phone number. I refused to give it and they hung up.

Man called and asked for my husband by name. I said he wasn't here, can I help you? He asked for my husband's cell number. I didn't feel comfortable giving it to him so i told him that i was his wife and could i help him. He said i wanted his cell number not his wife and that he's not into fratrinization and that he doesn't talk to women. I said well then don't bother calling back and hung up on him.

He asked to speak directly to a specific name.Told them he was not here and then I asked who this was. He said this is Chris from Mac Builders. I asked if he wanted to leave a message and he asked for the person cell phone. I told them we do not give out personal information. He then hanged up.

Super pushy scammer. Called in asking for one of the owners and would not explain why, then demanded his cell phone number. I don't just hand that out. He repeatedly asked if the owner was there, then said he'd call back and hung up. The only reason I was hesitant was because we are a construction company, but I'll be going off if this douche calls again :)

the guy that calls is rude, first asked for owner by name then his cell phone # and hung up when i tried to take a message. He called again but this time asked for the project manager and same thing, Says he is Tommy Miller with Miller Construction but caller id says Westside Supply

LOL-Ken called asked for owner by name-I asked him what company he was with-he said universal supply & it was about a job-i asked what job he said-is he in-could not tell me what job then hung up- they are amatuers-Ive been here for 20 years and know a cold call when I hear one

Me - There's no one here by that name. (There really isn't)
Guy - Uh there isn't, I thought this was COLT Services?
Me - This is COIT Services.
Guy - You're a joke. (Then hung up)

Soo rude. I hope he never ends up talking to who he asks for lol

They just called our business. Asked for owner by name, sounds like a call center in background. I said he is out, and then he asked for owner's cell number. I would not give it to him and he said he will call back another time.

Asked for project manager by name. He's not in the office today, so I asked to take a message. Then he asked for his cell phone number. He wouldn't tell me what the call was regarding; only that he was from Mac Builders, and I told him I don't give out personal information without knowing what it was referencing. Then he said it was alright and he had already talked to the PM about it. I again told him that i don't give out personal information. Then he hung up on me.

same as above acts like he knows the owner of our business and asked for his cell, told him I don't just give that info out, he said well when he is going to be in and I told him if he wanted to talk to the boss he'd be best to leave a message.. told me he'd call back. Next time I wont be so nice..

Asked to speak with my boss; I said he stepped out. They didn' t want to go to voicemail and said they would call back.

Called for owner. Not available, asked to take message. Said would try back later. Definitely scammer.

Asked for owner by name, when I asked who he was said "this is Tony from Universal Contractors is he in or not?" I said "I will see if he is available" and hung up on him.

Ted Mac, Mac Builders, extremely pushy and rude. Called to speak to the owner (by name) I told him he wasn't here, and then asked for his cell number (which I refuse to give out). We are a construction company so I did pause, and I wrote his information down. He just said "Have him call Ted Mac and Mac Builders" when I asked for his call back number he hung up on me. Total cold call, what a jerk..

Caller asked for owner of business by name.  Told caller he was unavailable and then was asked to provide owner's cell phone number.  Our policy is to not give out personal information.  Asked caller to leave a message and he declined.  He asked again this time telling me the owner and he were negotiating a business deal.  (Which was not true)  I told caller I would be happy to leave a message for him to return the call and he declined again.  He then told me it was an emergency that he reach the owner to which I hung up.  Total Scammer!!!

Someone just called asking for our owner from this number.  He said his name was JT and sounded angry.  Owners are not usually head of marketing if it was a sales call.  Annoying.
