i agree citi is nothing but a bunch of scumbag liars!!!!!  dont trust anything they say. Calls on my cell and land line from this mortgage scam company!!!!  Now when they call i press one and hope to get someone on the line so i can can tell them to go F themselves before the hang up  !!!

I applied for a modification twice with Citi,first I made to much money then I didnt make enough.My home was foreclosed on last Fall.I get calls every day from these people on my cell.Pressing 2 does not remove them from your life either.

Be aware the FTC says upfront fees for mortgage relief services (mortgage loan modification, etc.) are *ILLEGAL* here http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2011/02/mars.shtm which states "As of January 31, 2011, companies that offer to help homeowners get their loans modified or sell them other types of mortgage assistance relief services are no longer allowed to charge up-front fees."
