I just set them to go directly to voicemail.. If your phone doesnt block callers you need to get a new phone. They do bug though and I do wish the laws were more strictly enforced on cold calling.

Well a woman just called me from that number, asked for my boss and then rudely hung up in my ear when I said he was not available.  No, I would not be happy with any business that markets them selves in this way.

Unfortunatly I didn't find this site before we signed up w/ICON. Their name say's it all.. ICON (as in; I am a con).

We should have run at the first inconsistancy, we signed up with them in August 2011 & took several months to get the fee's somewhat correct ... imagine we're still paying too much. Also...still waiting on the $500 they promised us for switching companies. I've tried contcting them over the last few days and can only get an answering machine or busy signal.The extensions I originally used (from August 2011) are now no longer valid extensions...

Good idea, and would stop the theft.  However, they will probably try to call and try to extort payments from you.  That is when a consumer attorney comes in.  When they contact you for any further money, you tell them no, and start logging any calls.  Then you turn the whole thing over to a consumer attorney and

How do we get dateline or american greed to do a story on credit card/merchant service scams?  These guys are a bunch of scum bags.  The owner is not Jessica Williams.  This is actually Jessica Mauer.  Don't fall for this scam.  Do you research and do not sign anything!

yes icon payment is or was pps and npmg. I worked for this company. They promised me a promotion and fired me the next week, not paying me for 3 weeks of work plus all of my sales. They are crooks and everything they tell you is a lie. Your account did not come up for review, you didn't qualify for anything. And they also ignore the calls of customers they believe to be difficult. They screen their incoming calls. They have you sign a contract that says they will pay your cancellation fee, then switch the contract on you and leave you with the balance to pay.
