This number called twice yesterday. Once in the morning and I answered. The person on the other end barely spoke English. I tried asking who she was asking for and she started speed talking but I could not understand a word she was saying. I politely told her "No Thank You and that I could not understand her." Then around 7:30 pm the same number called back again. This time I let it go to the answering machine in hopes of getting a message that I could understand, however, they did not leave a message.
