No message left...I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST.  Why are the calls still coming?

Didnt leave message. Wont answer unknown calls from other area codes. Im also on the do not call list.

Received call Mar 26, 2014, MI in the evening.  From my answering machine recording, I could hear a televison in the background.  Whoever called was typing on a computer (I could hear the clicking of computer keys) and breathing, muttering almost inaudibly: "yeah . . . yeah . . .  yes . . . not yet . . . "  That is all I could decipher.  Then they hung up.  Looked up the number.  It is a landline phone registered November 11, 2003, with PAC--West Telecomm, Inc--AZ service provider.

I have received numerous calls from this number. The last one was very rude and belligerent.  I WANT THEM TO STOP! I am on a do not call list.

They just call from this number and let it ring, no message ever left. I do NOT pick up.

When I answered I was told that he was calling from some biotech company (didn't catch the name) and told I was being called "...because you have some kind of cronic pain.  Is that correct?".  He hung up when I laughed at the question.  My only cronic pain is people who ignore the do not call list.

Got a call 04.06.14 @ 9:23 AM - I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number.  Caller didn't leave a message.  FYI....i put this number on "block this caller"  so when they call again, it will go straight to voice mail.  Anytime I get an unsolicited call, I just put that number on the "block the caller" list on my phone.  I checked periodically if they leave a message under blocked messages and so far they don't.
