I have receive 4 calls over 6 days from this number, (602) 926-1555, and each time they have asked for a person who is not me.  I have told them each time that the person they are asking for is not at the number. They are calling my cell phone and I am the only person who has this my cell number yet they will not accept my answer!  They may be a debt collector and probably thinking that I am the person they need to speak with but I am telling them I am not the person they are calling for!  Do you happen to know if they announced who they are?  I want to call them back but the number will not ring when I call it back!  It just goes to an immediate call disconnected.

I just spoke with a foreign woman. I suspected it was a scam and hung up. I'm going to go ahead and report it

These people are from "Direct Buy". They called looking for someone else; when I told them they had the wrong number, the outsourced caller tried to put me in the "sweepstakes". When I mentioned I was recording the call, they promptly disconnected.

Call 2-3 times per week, ALWAYS after 10pm! Ask for Mr. Azbell every time. How many time do I have to tell them? Always a woman. Always kinda English-as-a-second-language sounding. And it always sounds like there is something going on in the background. Like she's working in a warehouse or at a house party or something.

Simple Scam with either skype or using Magicjack or a fake phone id.

Directbuy, They are notorious for scamming people of this one of a life time deal, where you visit their store and then spend 2 hours being tricked into signing with offers of free items mass discounts or they will black list you from ever signing up again.

Some how they got my wife's maiden name and called me up and asked for Mr and Mrs Anderson. You can tell they are out sourced with the background noise, i wasn't listening to the sales guy and hearing words like, hello mr and mrs, deal of a life time, and you won this contest. etc

Ever heard the saying, too good to be true? this is one of them.

they call everyday at various times, I can't get a line direct to them to call back

They called and said I won a contest, but I don't enter contests. She proceeds to tell me that I'm in the final running for 50k and I won a 3 day vacation. I ask again were she got my info from, she mentioned something about it was in there database and that maybe a friend or family member entered our names. This is not true, this is a scam.

I just got a call from these people for the 6th time looking for "Mary"...this time I stayed on the line to find out what they wanted.  They said that since I am the owner of the phone I automatically get to clain her prize of the vacation and the entry into the sweepstakes.  I agree with all of the above --foreign call center, very loud, never answer questions and want you to come to their showroom.  I'm ready to call DirectBuys corporate office about this.

Called at 8:30 pm, we were outside, they did not leave a message. First call from this number as far as I remember. We did get a call from Direct Buy some months ago, offering a free tour of their showroom, but I told them I was not interested.

Can you start with the most recent calls here and not from 5 fricken years ago? It's an easy switch. These people change phone numbers like I change underware
