This was an unknown caller (according to caller I.D.)  They asked to speak to the home owners.  I asked if they could tell me why they were calling (just curious right?), they wouldn't answer my question and then started running through their "scripted lines*" trying to pry information out of me about "How much I pay on my energy bill." I hung up the phone and reported the phone number on donotcall dot gov
