Corrupt politician robo-dialing criminal David Stevens is outdoing himself with the abuse and harassment of Elderly Americans. Repeated robo-dialing every hour on a Saturday to private elderly home. So far three in a row illegally seize the line so no calls can be made out in an emergency.
They have no conscience, nor concern about violating FCC regulations robo-abusing elderly homes.
The level of corruption is truly amazing. So, why would they ever need a PROPERLY WORKING “opt-out” system, except to make Americans call them long distance in an attempt to stop it? Not one of them cares how consumer telephone numbers are passed between them, even as they sling mud at one another !  !
Many of these corrupt “robo-dialers” have been found conspiring with telemarketing scams, when there are no elections going on.  Corrupt politicians, and  their corrupt  “dialers” will sink to any level to keep their phone calling scheme going, which continues a cycle of deceit for scammers to use to their benefit.
