Didn't recognize 602-296-7070, caller ID was "Bofi Federal Bank". There IS a Bofi Federal, but it's in San Diego, not Phoenix. I let voicemail answer and all I heard was loud static.

Standard spammer call.  Ringed a few times, no message left.
From the other comments, somehow this number has been popping up off and on for over 4 years now.

Called my cell phone in New York this afternoon.  I didn't answer, but I checked here.   You can be sure I won't call back any number that is here, ever.   Undoubtedly something I don't want to know about. Real people leave real messages and I call them back right away.  If appropriate I put them on my list of callers.  They I'll always answer right away.

I don’t answer unknown numbers. Someone called today at 4:34 PM, my voice mail picked up and they did not leave a message.  I hope these Arizona (or Foreign Country) scammer are not expecting me to call them back!

Supposed calling wanting donations for Ohio Patrolmans Association. But calling from Arizona. GTFO

SCAM, they call me asking for donations saying is for the Tallahassee Police Patrol in Florida. Phone number is from Phoeniz, Arizona.

They called and said [***] you!  They too scared too talk like an adult!  What a wussy!

Just received a call from this number.  I did not recognize it so when I answered I said nothing.  All I heard was some man using f-word over and over and just trash talking.  It sounded like something you would hear in a prison yard !

Calls every few months and asks for Harry. When I tell them they have the wrong number they say maybe you can help me and then ask for a donation.

Asking for donations for police. Call is from Arizona and I’m in IL. Last 2 weeks I got many calls from different numbers in different states asking for money for police and a few for firefighters. I don’t know what’s legit so I refuse to donate over the phone.

Don't know the number so I didn't answer. They are now blocked not that it will do anything as I am sure it is a spoofed number so they will just spoof another and I will block that and the world keeps spinning.  Telemarketers have been ratcheting up lately...groan.

POSSIBLE SCAM
Robot calling: "Hi, this is Mia, a vacation specialist from the rewards department. Can you hear me okay"
If you don't respond, they hang up on you.
Also received the EXACT same call from 602-584-6517

Leaves static on answering machine, keeps calling day after day
