This is listed as the number for GeoTrek, a fake delivery service previously operating under the names Compass Delivery and Metro Delivery. They leave "Sorry we missed you" cards on your door, and when you call back to get the package they try to sell you a security system. For Tucson, their number is 520 720 3292.

I was @ a friends house and someone taped a note that said  I missed a delivery from GeoTrek a fake delivery service to the door without knocking or ringing the door bell. So I called the number and they said sometimes they are out of the free gifts and just leave a note. DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER! They give your # out and try to sell you stuff. All of these other people will be calling to sell you stuff! I called the # again and spoke with “Lauren” and she said that I was rude and that she would not help me if I continued to be rude with her.

Forgot to mention they said that they were "Welcome Wagon"

Thanks so much.  Just bought the home in Sun City, AZ. and had the notice taped to my door.  It appeared as an delivery service and I thought it seemed strange.

Hey  U  thanks for the info.  I recieved several calls from this number.  I  don't  answer phone numbers that  I don't recognize.   But, since they continue to call, I answered,  no  one answered.  when I called the number back same ole  same as everyone.   I live in Texas.

They change they Tucson number, now is520 220 5133

Just got one on my door today!  I thought it looked fishy so i looked and found your post.  Thanks!  In Tucson/Vail they are leaving both the 926 and the 720-3292 number.  We just bought this house so I guess they are going through the recorders' office.

3 days after moving into newly purchased home in Gilbert AZ, received same as all above GeoTrek card taped to front door stating, "Sorry We Missed You, 1st attempt, Please call to reschedule."  Definitely looked like an attempt to delivery a package, documents, etc.  Gut feeling told me to Google before calling.  I saw this site......THANKS EVERYONE for saving me time, money and aggrivation.  How much am I paying for this "Gated Community!!!!!!!!!!!".  Yikes

They are still operating in C Tucson with 520-220-5133. Thanks for the heads up here.

Just bought a house, closed last week. Got this taped to our garage door today. Number for Phoenix:

I heard that these fake companies are targeting newly bought homes and casing them for burglary. They attempt to find out whether or not the new home owner currently have an alarm system and attempt to sell you one. If you refuse to purchase one, you are a target. If you agree to purchase, they come out to case your home and its vulnerabilities. They install a system that they know how to bypass, and voila! You may be robbed in the next couple months. We got one of these cards on our door two days ago. My husband and I asked several neighbors if they had gotten the same card. No one had. One neighbor is a sheriff. He explained this fraudulent and dangerous scam to us. We reported it to the police and I reported to my Unit Security Officer who happens to be a Tucson Police Detective in the Fraud Unit (I'm military). Needless to say, I am now a bit paranoid since we don't have an alarm system yet. We are purchasing a surveillance system, looking into bars for our windows, and an alarm system. Call me paranoid, but I'm not taking any chances with my family's (3 small children) safety.

Same scam, but under 520-441-2777 "Total Home Delivery" in Tucson.  (602-926-0625 in Phoenix.)  Their website linked the name  Geo Trek, which appears to be used in other states.

They taped a notice with their number on in too saying sorry we missed you. No knock, no Doorbell. Notice has two phone numbers.

Got the same card today. I called the sheriff's dept here in Tucson also. Only difference is, I was home and outside when the guy who looked like Chumley from that Pawn Stars show on cable drove up my driveway on a private dirt road didn't see me right away. He looked startled when he saw me and said he was with metro home delivery services and wanted to welcome me to the neighborhood even though it was a little late from when I moved in and I asked what for. He said they are just a local service that provides coupons and updates for the area and things like that and handed me this card with today's date, 12-16-13, written on the top left. The rest of the text read, "Sorry we missed you! This has been out  1st attempt for (name and address hand written in) Please call Tucson 520-441-2777. Phoenix 602-926-0625 hours 8 am to 7 pm visit www.totalhomedelivery.net for our privacy policy"

Same as everyone else. The note looked fishy for me so I went to Internet to find more about it. Eureka!!!!!
