Young sounding male called and asked for to speak with a "Mrs. Beasley". Lots of loud noise in the back ground, sounded like a party. This person also sounded intoxicated so I hung up on him.

Same thing - said I made a deposit years ago and then said in a compassionate tone, "I know it's hard to remember way back then..." to manipulate me into thinking that I forgot making a deposit and that she understands, so that my defences will be lowered and feel a connection to her.  Very manipulative of these people.  Don't answer their call. Scam

Answered just quite then a loud shrill and hang up.

Random call from this number for like 3 days kind annoying lol

There is legislation, however it's not being actively enforced. Instead of fining only the callers, who are most often never tracked down, the telephone companies who assign the phone numbers to these fraudsters should be fined as well.

this guy calls like the guy mentioned above, sounded like a  call center, or some drunk dude in college (possibly stoned) lol weed is good for him maybe me.. maybe he can be my dealer.. lol  NOT.. ok just a is mr "annoyed" there, I was like HELLO and just decided to hang up..

You may have given him all he needed...a "yes" response can be recorded and played back...

Here we go again, with the Urban Myth about the dreaded Yes Scam.  There have been no reports in the news showing that simple yes was used to scam someone.  Please cite reliable news source showing that this has happened.  An article saying that this might happen, doesn't count.  I bet you cannot find one.

Once again an UNKNOWN NAME, no message left.  Sure signs of a SCAMMER.  I never answer the phone unless the caller is in my contact list.  Ignored.
