Scammer getting birth dates and social securty numbers.

Chris is wrong, I too thought this was a scammer its someone trying to help with student loans, I figured they were the average give me your money or your in trouble collector. Nope they really did help I almost got my wages garnished which would have been almost $100 a week taken now I set up payments for $20 a MONTH. I'm not sure how these guys get such a bad name when they want to help. it's worth is to listen to them.

Delta Management is a debt collector for student loans. They call over and over and over, trying to get you to give information on the person that owes the debt. Not playing that game or falling for deceptive tactics. Their business is not with me. Not my business. Usually they hang up but this time left a message without identifying who they are with or what they want, just a name and number to call. I guess they call anyone they can find with a connection to the person with the debt when they google their name or look at online listings. It's ridiculous. The debt is not mine nor my immediate family's. Just by contacting people and asking for information, they are telling the person's friends and family that they are behind on a bill, which is a breach of privacy. Now they are calling my elderly mother, trying to get a way to contact ME because I won't answer their calls. It is not my debt! They should not be allowed to harass people like this.
