They have called me 10 times in the last 3 days and never leaves a voicemail. tried to call them to have them stop calling me and it goes straight to voicemail.

They call and call. I answered one time and there was no one on the line, they just hung up.
I have blocked the number..

No one speaks when the call is answered and goes to voicemail when called back.

Incessant calls from (603) 285-9421. No one on the line.
These people should be held accountable. Where's the law that protects me from this?

Its not a call blocker and besides, since when to criminals obey laws?

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

I am getting calls from this number frequently and no voucemail left.

Melinda from Zone Core Company, regarding an ad for Garcinia Cambogia I allegedly responded to. I did not. I asked to be taken off their call list.  Sounds like a call center to me.
