    Requested to speak to specific person in our office, said his name was Dennis from our electric company Eversource. Told him that she was unavailable at the moment due to her being in direct care. He responded rudely saying he did not know what that meant. I offered to take a message for him. With a nasty intimidating tone he said "tell her I will call her tomorrow". I know for a fact that Eversource is not our electric company
