1st call this morning

Calls me every couple days even though I've blocked the number. Never leaves a message

called my cell before 7:30 in the morning ... as I do not know the number, I did not answer and no message was left.  No idea who made it or why this call was made ... received a call from FDR Limited (1-855-898-8292) a short time later - but as neither number left a message I am unable to say for sure that the calls are related.  The number called was my business cell and I have no outstanding debts beyond the regular monthly types of bills, which are all current.

Called me today at 7:30 am. No message.

Just called them back. It's CBV Collection Services. Blocked.

If they have broken the law, which im sure they have, report them. They are crooks. I have ONE thing in the credit bureau, a Telus cell that i never turned on, just didn't return "on time" over 7 years ago! Obviously it shouldn't even be on there, it should be clean.
Anyway, they call on Sunday mornings, they call WAY more than 3 times per week, they don't mail out letters before they start their criminal harassment, they barely understand English (although maybe when it comes to money). I've resorted to playing with them, to harass them back on mornings that I'm not busy, hoping they will take me off their list since they know damn well I'm obviously not giving them a single nickel. So they are dumber than a bucket of rocks. Good luck all

I'm all up to date on my bills but that doesn't mean I'm not going to get calls from some dubious collection agency run by mental midgets. The worst part--aside from getting a call before 8:00 in the morning--is that the number they're calling is a business cell phone that belongs to the place I work for. The Jeopardy champions who run these agencies spend zero time checking the numbers on their list before throwing them into their computers. If there's any justice in the world, the morons in charge of these companies should have every one of their phone numbers on the list of some other debt collectors so they can get a taste of this nonsense.

You think that's bad, I have been harassed by collection agencies looking for the person who had my number before me. Sounds reasonable, right? I've had my number for 15 years! And yes, I'm here now because someone called from the above 604 number this morning. Yet another collection agency.  Ridiculous!  P.S Neither the federal nor provincial government bureaucrats care.

They started calling my place at 730 this morning they have called 4 times since then and it's 915am! They never leave a voice message and they hang up when I say hello! How is this even legal and no there are no reports on my credit as my bank ran my credit check while we were applying for a loan.

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.

Im having the same problem. I've had my number for about 11 years. It's ridiculous!

Oh these guys are bill collectors. They seek payment of old debts. Don't let them get to you. My suggestion is that you set a ring tone that you like when these guys call cause you will hear it often. Don't bother answering. It's not worth the stress.

If you can get a person on the line, blow an air horn into the mouthpiece....it can do them serious damage. And trust me, they deserve it.

I also have this # blocked yet it still comes through. I get called sometimes 4 times a freaking day!! How can a blocked number still be getting through. I'm fed up with this nonsense!!

This number is blocked! However, my phone never rings when they call, but says I missed a call. Sometimes there is a blank message left as well. So how can this number not ring through yet still go to my answering service???
