Debt collection call. Started calling very early in the morning 7:22AM

Various sources report this as being CBV collection agency, but given that they either
just hang up or want the details of my last three reincarnations before (maybe)
reciprocally identifying themselves, they could, possibly, be most anyone or anything. Isis recruiters? Crash landed aliens from the planet of the reptiles? The palace trying to discreetly vet my worthiness for a knighthood?  Checked my credit score, it's well over 800, only enquiries on it are initial enquiries from companies I continue to do business with and owe nothing to beyond 30 day current accounts, so I don't know what they're on about. Perhaps they’re just in the habit of venting personal, chronic, serious bad attitude under the guise of operating a commercial company - if it's not a phishing scam trying to intimidate people into giving up sufficient personal info for identity theft purposes. Whatever they are, they are counterproductive, a drag on the economy - I use a call blocker app that is very configurable and efficient, but still have to
spend time every week configuring it to block even more CBV numbers, exchanges and even entire area codes that I know for a certainty I won't otherwise be getting calls from.

The call me every day 2 to 4 times. I am so tired of them.
