Got a call from a guy who identified himself as Brian with GE at the beginning of the call and said that he was returning my call and that Bridgett had taken the message.  I told him that I hadn't made a call today but maybe my husband had.  I told him that we had a service call for tomorrow.  At the end of the call he identified himself as Frank.  Weird.  So I called the this number back.  Of course no answer and the automated message said the voicemail was full.  Then I called back and the automated message said the voicemail box had not been set up yet.  Obviously not from GE

We all seem to be getting so many obnoxious and bothersome calls.

This particular one is LEGIT.  It is a number for GE customer service.

Their call back number is 800-444-1845.

Just as Darcy indicated above, 605-200-0000 is indeed a legit GE Customer service number - it's their South Dakota customer center number. However the number given above - 800-444-1845 does not take you to GE, but to Monogram Preferred Services. Monogram provided a number to GE Credit, who identified the SD Customer Service number as valid, but said that I'd have to call the SD number to straighten things out.

I tried. All I got was a voice recording that the mailbox is full.

I had been trying to get a GE service supervisor to contact me, and the callback name was Shane @ 605-388-4010 on my answering machine. I returned the call only to be advised that he would be 'out of the office' until August 12th.  Really poor service by General Electric for their hybrid water heater!!

A very rude and argumentative guy named Jason said he was calling me about my non repairable GE frig

I was called by this number and he stated his name was Brian and that he was calling me back as my call was dis connected. I didn't call him but he wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule with someone else to have my dryer fixed he said I called Ge to have another company .

Caller ID for this number showed up as Shelley Brehmer- which means nothing to me! I answered anyway and there was silence on the line, so I took it as a robot sales call--and hung up-- I have been at home waiting for days for GE service to call me back!!  Grrr! Why isn't this number identified as a GE number!! Aghhh! Evidently this was the call I had been waiting for, now I'm told they can't get back to me until next week!!!!
