Got a call from Fox Hills Cash (payday loan place) regarding "MY application"  I have NEVER applied for a loan with them (or any payday place) for 6+ years when I was in a tight spot for rent.  I also seem to have gotten several spam emails about pay day cash loans - including one from Fox Hills.  So all I can figure is someone sold/bought/got hold of my contact info somehow.  The call directed me to call 1-866-677-1500.   I am going to keep a close eye on my accounts in case this is more serious.  I never applied for ANY loan.  I do not want any payday loan.

I received a call from Fox Hills, I have never asked for a payday loan in my entire life,. I called the 866 677 1500 number to ask them to remove my number. they proceed to tell me the application was in my first name and a different last name. I asked when the application was submitted, now they can not tell me that... well, my number was asked to be removed from this application and we will wait and see if this happens.

I not only missed a call from this number on my cell phone, they then had the AUDACITY to call my office main line and get to me from our receptionist.  I have never filled out an application with them - and if they continue to harrass me, both on my cellphone and at my place of business, I will take legal action against them!

Received a call from this phone number at work. I didn't even know what Fox Hills was until I looked on here. I have not applied for any type of payday loan and don't appreciate that they call me at work with such nonsense. So tired of scam!!!

Keep getting a call from this place Fox Hills which you all say from reading is a payday type loan deal, so someone is taking out loans and using our numbers? Seems pretty stupid they don't try the actual number of the person applying. Guess they are really bad at giving people loans to see if number this person is giving is actual real & info they are providing is real. Person they were looking for is Michelle and I'm not Michelle. Got a call at 6:30 am was not happy. I'm going to push this higher and contact my local police department scam line.

Just checked my voicemail from someone by the name of “Lane” at Fox Hills asking me to call them back, I called back and they said it was for a loan that they said I applied for, when I didn’t. They couldn’t tell me when it was filled out etc. they just kept asking me for more personal information which I didn’t give them and ended up hanging up

I'm in the process of applying for a mortgage so getting TWO calls about cash advance loans minutes apart is extremely disconcerting. First was from Fox Hill Cash, second was from Sigma Solutions. Both were online applications.

    Calling my mortgage broker ASAP!

I received a call on my cell phone and work number from Fox Hills Loan company.  They told me that I applied for a loan...It wasn't my current last name.  I asked them if this is fraud and they are using my SS#, I need to report it. They said if you give me your SS# or maybe they said. last 4 digits of it, they would tell me.  I said, no.  Withdrawal that application.

Spam payday loan, which I never applied for. They called my cell phone at 5:30 am three times. They also had the audacity to call my work multiple times. This should be illegal. Amounts to harassment and identity theft.

They call numerous times a day, day after day, asking about a loan I did not request. They even use my OLD name I haven't used in years. My LifeLock alerted me that someone tried to take out a loan, but it didn't match my name - Thank goodness. I'm assuming this was it!

They've been calling everyday but I'm at work so they just leave voicemails. I did apply online with a company that searches for lenders that might lend to you so that is why ppl are getting calls from them. If you apply online for debt relief most companies are just the middle man and send your info out to all lenders that could possibly help you. I seriously hope they're not calling my work. No one's has said anything to me yet.
