A messeage said to opt out of receiving anymore call from this number (605 301 7232) , Call another number which I didn't get copied down. I just  hung up.

Caller ID says:  Verifiction FR   Have had a number of these calls.  I do not answer them. They leave no message. Wish they would stop calling and take me off of their list.

Supposedly some kind of advertising survey. Caller ID read Verification FR, whatever that means.

Called at 4:30 pm, didn't answer, no message left. Caller Id showed Verification FR. My telephone company only allows 25 blocked calls. I could easily add twice that number if it was possible.  

I have no idea who this is and I was asked to call another number to  stop these calls

Its AT&T wanting to sell you their services.

The number 605-301-7232 called my home at 9:21 am.  I said hello 2 times and then a woman finally answered me.  I then said remove our name and number and do not call back.  Woman responded I have to verify that your number is and reads my phone number to me.  It also said on my caller ID  Verification FR what ever that means.

Just got the same call.  The lady said "hello" twice and hung up.  She acted like she couldn't hear me.  

If you all would listen to the message, it does not tell you to call another number.  I hate crap phone call just as much as anyone, but listen to the message from this number. all you have to do is enter your number, a robo person will read you number back to you, press 1 if it is correct and your number will be removed in 2 business days.  Then if they keep calling you can file a complaint with the do not call registry.  They called me today, I followed the instructions and will see if they call back.

Keeps calling, no message. I would like them to stop.

We get several calls a day from this number.  It is very disruptive.  They do not leave a message.  We would like it to end!

I am receiving several calls daily from this number. No one leaves a message. The one time I picked up, I had the experience described above--a woman said hello and hung up. How do I get this to stop?

I should not have to give them my number.  I am on the state and federal DO NOT CALL LISTS.  Do not call means just that.  This is the third one of these kind of calls I have gotten in the past 2 days.  I do not want my phone ringing with these calls.  Why can't someone do something about these companies?  The feds excuse...they are off shore.  The one yesterday was from PA, checked the number.  They are sitting on their thumbs doing nothing.

Spoofed number.. And yes, a lot of the callers are off shore in foreign country's. Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

I received a call at 6:40 pm on May the 6th. The gentleman said that our newspaper payment was late and that he could take payment for the bill over the phone using a credit card. Also if I did it he would provide a 25 dollar gift certificate. Told him that the contract wasn't under my name and it would be against the law for me to act on the contract.

getting fed up with these calls twice a day for several days now.  we shouldn't have to "verify" anything.  my phone is unlisted and I am on the do not call list.  also receiving other similar calls but mostly from this number.  Grrrrrr
