I got a call from this number claiming to be associated with Google. The first voice recording sounded as if it were Google. I have no idea if this is a scam.

Another Google wannabe scam. Left AUTOMATED voice message.

Call not answered, no message.

Just one more Google business scam call to my residence!!! Do not call and FTC need to step it up.

They call repeatedly claiming our business is not being found on search engines.  Funny, we rank 1 and 2 on ALL the search engines.  Obviously NOT from Google or they are complete idiots.

Just another "time to update your Google listing" scam.  Caller ID showed Pierre SD.

I get these scam phone calls every day. Just hang up !!!!!!

This is a scam. I waited beyond the "press 1" to speak to a salesperson and "press 2" to be removed...recording went around again but this time said "press 9" if this is not a business, so I pressed 9. We'll see.

It only took a few minutes to find out if pressing 9 would work. It did not.

I just got a call from a LOCAL number, 249-6050, that I fortunately did not answer until just after the 4th ring - there was no one there. Checked here on 800notes and yes... 215-249-6050 is part of the same scam.

So I guess I just let them know I'm really here. I'll be getting one of those blocking devices real soon now.

i don't know who this person is calling from this number.......but i wish it would stop for the 10th time. this don't make any since at all... these people who are calling people's cell phone and home this really needs to stop.

A recorded call from "Jennifer" about our Google listing. I have found that when I speak loudly and politely over the recording, "No thank you Jennifer, we are not interested" The call was abruptly ended from the other end.

I got a call on my other line the other day (not from these Bozos) and the recording started off saying that the FBI has recorded a rise in home break ins...  I said loudly, "OH MY GOD! The FBI says that?" and the call was abruptly ended from their end.

Are these calls being monitored? Things that make you go HMMMM.

Said they had been trying to contact us several times because we owed for something. Said they were associated with Google. Caller ID said "Local List"

I just goa a call from this number. When I answered they hung up. I called back the number and they said if I wished to be removed from there call list press any number. Which I did so we will see what happens?

DO NOT EVER HANG UP on these people.
ALWAYS push 1 to talk to someone.
ALWAYS keep that person on the phone for as long as possible.
Do not give any truthful information.
By uniting together to cost these scammers valuable time, we may slow them down to the point they choose another line of work.

I just got the same call from 605-301-7240, one man called Michael answered me, I asked him what is his company's name, he was hange on the phone quickly. So I came earching the phone number!

Got the call and saw  "LOCAL LIST" -  DID NOT ANSWER  -  I immediately blocked their call - before the 2nd ring!  HA!

I have the Digitone blocker on my office phones.  This little blocker not only blocks individual numbers but it can block ENTIRE AREA CODES!  Now the entire state (area code 605) of South Dakota is blocked - just by touching a few digits on my phone.  SWEET!

Currently, I have 22 area codes blocked.

Recently for my home phone I got the new Panasonic wireless phone that blocks 250 phone numbers.  When it fills up - and it will - I will simply delete the oldest number(s).

If everyone was pro-active, we could stop this chit!  *****IT'S REALLY QUIET AROUND HERE!*****
