    This person is trying to use  falling officers as a scam i asked them to send me a packet cause I I don't have a credit card to send 35$ to help out fallen officers but i never received the packet for  sponsoring fallen officers.  Dont trust it its a scam.

    Of course it isn't legitimate.  This is a PAC.  No money goes to any officer.  It goes into the pockets of the crooks running this scam and possibly a few pennies into the pocket of a corrupt politician who accepts bribes (oops, my mistake, I meant "political contributions").
