I had AT&T internet around 2013, and I specifically remember being told AT&T Uverse was not available at my location. I closed the account and returned the modem after a year of service. Then in late 2015 I started getting collection calls saying I owed for my AT&T Uverse account and they gave me the AT&T account number. I called AT&T to see if anything was owed on that account number and they said that is not an AT&T account number - it was the wrong amount of digits. I told them my name and asked them to look up my account that way - of course it was a completely different account number and I was assured I owed nothing on it. In early 2016 I disputed it on my credit report and they found that it was an invalid debt and removed it. Now, almost two years later, I'm getting these calls again and I got a letter from that in the mail. I guess my plan now is to call AT&T again to get it in writing that I never owed anything and never even had Uverse and then send that to IC Systems.

Government Actions

The following describes a government action that has been resolved by either a settlement or a decision by a court or administrative agency. If the matter is being appealed, it will be noted below.

On July 29th, 2011, the Minnesota Department of Commerce entered into a consent order with I C System Inc. I C System Inc shall cease and desist from any further violation of Minn. Stat. 332.33 (2010), and comply with all other laws of the state of Minnesota.

I C System Inc shall procure a license for each place where the business is to be conducted in accordance with Minn. Stat. 332.33 (2010), shall report to the Commissioner on a quarterly basis during the two year period following the effective date of this order any and all individuals who are considered for employment but rejected based in whole or in part on the Screening Process. The information provided to the Commissioner shall include the reason for each rejection.

I C System Inc shall report to the Commissioner any debt collector terminations that occur as a result of their Screening Process for the renewal periods June 30, 2011 through June 30 2013.

I C System Inc shall provide a copy of this Consent Order to all states, cities, or other governing bodies where the respondent is licensed for debt collections.

I C System Inc shall pay to the state of Minnesota a civil penalty of $65,000.

Auto dialer that never picks up and is silent

Constantly calling after being told they have the wrong number and the representative is rude and states they will continue to call everyday even though I've made them aware this is the WRONG NUMBER.

Too bad you didn't read the other posts because I know for a fact that the solution to that problem has already been posted in here.

They call 10-15 times a day.  No idea why they are calling as they leave no message.
