got sms msg from user, addressed me by first name....requested that i add them to my yahoo messenger, when tried to pull profile none was found, user would not provide name.  I know people all over the US, but none in SD.

Got a text message from  someone using my first name. Just said "Hey Kathy??"
I responded with "Yes??" and have not yet heard back from them. I feel confident that this is not anyone I know. Must be some kind of scam or spam.

Got a text msg from 605-609-3517 that said Hola, and my name.  Deleted; did not respond.

got text from 605-609-3517 saying "Hola" and my first name with two exclamation points. Asked "Hey sorry who is this?" no response returned.

Got txt fr this number. it refused to respond with a name. i do not know anyone in sd. if they r trying tp use my phone for a scam their screwed. stupid idiots.

I got the same text too today. I replied hi who is this and no answer

Got a text that said "Hola" and my name.. asked who it was.. was prompted to add them to yahoo messenger.. with the Yahoo ID textchick44...
When told that I don't have Yahoo messenger.. they stopped texting me.
Pretty uncomfortable right now, knowing that someone is out there with my phone number and name.

I got the sam text...didn't bother looking them up. Said I didn't have Y! Messanger and no reply back so far

Got a text that said "Hola" and my name.  I replied "er...yes?"  And got "lol if you wanna know who this is you got to add me on yahoo msnger, my name is textieflirter61".  

I responded:  *shrug* My curiosity isn't that high.  If you're a friend you'll tell me and if not, oh well.

No reply.  Scam.  Wonder how they get our first names?

I don't know.. But I don't like it.

Recieved a text form this number saying Hi and my name. Wanted me to IM textiegirlie13 because the celly is going to die.

got a text from this number wanted me to ymessage i told them i did not use y message. they said OMG my celly s going to die.

I got the same message they knew my name and would not tell me who they were I dont know anyone from sd.
This is strange and I do not like it
