We have been getting numerous calls from this number recently (23 in 10 days). Our numbers are on the do not call list as well and when called it says that the caller has not set up voicemail.

I was not getting any calls; all going to voice mail, but not my voice mail.  Called Verizon and they were being forwarded to this 605 number!

Received a phone call from this number and I did not answer.   Phone call blocked now but when looking at the number it has *71 - then the above phone number - which is very interesting.

Someone from this number hacked my cellphone, and at random intervals it called itself making it look as if I was the one who called. Hundreds of calls for months to a year I didn’t make. Beware!
Check your bills, the people behind this Type of scheme are cunningly evil.

Calls 4-5 times a day!

My phone was fraudulently forwarded to this number. I didn’t know until I was experiencing issues with my phone and discovered it.

Did you notify your provider?

This happened to my brother today and can’t get a hold of Verizon. Did they fix it for you?

I just experienced this issue. No help from Verizon.

I had no help at all from Verizon with this problem.  I tried *73 and the message was removed from my phone.

They were no help to me either. Totally screwed up texting.

My voicemail Calls automatically forwarded to this phone number which was disconnected.  All text messages were blocked.  All contacts were blocked since last Thursday

We believe this is a hackers number. All our voicemails have bounced to it.

I was not getting my phone calls or voicemails for a very long time my phone was acting up etc. After getting my phone replaced four times Verizon finally figured out that my phone number was being rerouted to this 605-615-0720 ( South Dakota) phone number. This is insane. Verizon was no help. People beware if you notice any unusual activity on your phone or it's not working properly contact your phone provider and ask them specifically if your phone number is being rerouted somewhere else or if there are duplicate numbers on your account.
