I received a phone call from this number at work.  I don't know why this guy is calling.  He said his name is Dean Snyder....

This guy called my mom and wanted to get in contact with me about a loan. I have never taken out a loan.  I'm going to further investigate this business.

My mom and brother received a call from Dean Snyder saying he's with ChexSystems looking for me saying that I used them for references.  Of course they did not give information.  I contacted ChexSystems, no one by that name and number.  They do not use outsiders and do not call references.  When u call the number all it says is his name, no company name.  I am having this investigated further.

Dont answer your phone for numbers you don't recognize. This is a bottom feeder, boiler-room collector, one of many, that buys old debts for pennies. They try frightening people into giving them money, and if not successful, they sell the debt to the next "bottom feeder". This can go on for years. It can actually get to be entertaining, if you understand what you're dealing with. By all means, don't give them any info...and as I said, the best course is to just dismiss them, don't answer, and DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT. They have no authority.

7-31-13 Received a call from Dean Snyder stating it was concerning a check. I told him that I do not have any business with them and he is a fraud and not to calll me again. I will report it to the FBI.

i received a call dean Snyder he said I had a lone 408.00  his number is 607-299-0798 he said that he had same paper he was sand them hills court he work at chexsystem

I also had a call from him and I don't know why he is calling . I am going to report him. I thought if you go through the chexsystem they are suppose to write you before anything.

You are not dealing with Chex Systems. You are dealing with Check Systems. They are a two-bit bunch of fraudulent debt collectors operating out of NY state. DEMAND written proof of any claims they make be delivered to you by mail. NOT by e-mail or fax. As per federal law under the FDCPA. Their reactions to your demand will verify that they're attempting to collect on invalid or purely bogus debts. They are nothing but smoke-blowers with big mouths and small intellects.

This guy called me as well and I hate to admit I almost took the bait. There was so much that was unclear like what debt was this and when he couldn't answer or send me anything....RED FLAG!!!!
What's funny is how scary he tries to sound, I agree this is entertaining.

My mom received a call from this number  1 (607) 299-0798 saying they receive paperwork in their office about a loan I got with a company they representing. I told him to send me some information and he puts his director on the loan phone. The man tried to convince me do this loan but I told him I didn't recognize that company name and he said we been sending u letters since 2010. I told him I don't remember any of that but he started asking me about an old account I use to have with Wachovia. I told him they close that account due to fraud activity keep happen on that acct. I also  told them to send me paperwork so I can have it looked over and he got upset. I told him this didn't sound right and I would not sent no money in and I will contact my attorney. The man said since I said a lawyer he will send an affidavit. He was nasty and very threaten. Due to the static on my end I couldn't catch his name

Calling from 5856981810 gave me this as the call back # saying I owe money but have never had a loan. I pulled credit report and nothing is on there. Saying they are going to contact my employer

I  received a threatening message from Ms. Lopez ( Assistant to Director Dean Snyder with Check Systems) saying I need to call her with my checking account info,employer info,personal property info within 2 days or she go forward with her legal process....I don't have any unpaid loans or checks.....so I guess she'll just have to go ahead with her process!!!

This guy Dean Snyder "from check systems" called me as well with threats and stuff about a loan that I have never taken out....when i told him i wasn't giving him any money because i didn't do anything and i've never taken out a pay day loan he was not happy at all got very defensive and upset and tried to scare me with more treats....first he said the total due was like 5,800 then he said they would only need 580.00 to get rid of the debt after I told him i wasn't giving him that he ask if i could at least pay 100.00 the same day i told him no....why would i pay for something i didn't do....i had to disconnect the call because he and  block the the number from my phone 607-299-0798 also he has another person he working with a female Lisa Payly 585-730-6914...i blocked both numbers...these people have to be out of there minds if they think i would pay for something that i didn't do

Yep, that sounds like Check Systems. Fraudulent debt collectors don't get much lower than the clowns at Check Systems. In fact, to get any lower than they are you'd have to be a cretin sitting in a call-center in Ahmedabad, India.
Ignore the vermin from Check Systems. They're beneath contempt.

Caller Id for this call was from Cortland, NY.  I never answer calls with location IDs as they are never valid.

I  have received two calls from these people to my office.  It starts out with "You have not optimized your Google...", that's when I hang up.  My office is busy, don't have time for junk.

Just received the 2nd Call, these guys don't know who they are dealing with, I can track DID numbers! I have blocked them from the switch (the call even does not hit my office anymore).... Anybody trying to sell me Google or Apple services don't bother, I am not a fool...
