Got a call from this number by someone who asked for me by name but clearly didn't know me or have a good command of English.  I protested that I couldn't understand him and he apparently hung up in frustration.

Received call, no messages left. Just wanted to share this link, Its on NBC news site about a discovered credit card scam right here in New Jersey! please read and see all the countried that were involved. reminds me if this people calling!! Received calls from Houston TX and now two calls from the New York number. I didn't answer the phone and surely wouldn't hand out any information to people over the phone. Haha, maybe he will call my employer? Lol. I like the whistle idea, I was just going to mimic the accent? Lol

I receive these calls daily...sometimes more than once per day.  I do not answer any phone number that I do not recognize, so I have not had any conversation with the caller.  They do not ever leave a message, so I guess that is a good thing.  They are annoying and there should be something that could be done about it but I'm not sure what that might be.  I think the best thing is just to ignore the call.  I've tried to have it blocked and that will not work with this number.

Today it was "Canadian Online Pharmacy".  Apparently they have multiple scams running through this number.  I told them that the number was associated with online scams and if they called me again I'd report it.  Empty threat but felt good to make it anyway.

This number has called me 3 times. I never answer because I don't recognize it. It originates from Nichols, NY. But most likely that's just where it's being forwarded from. I always get these types of calls for about a month, then they stop for a week, and then the cycle continues for another month with another number. When i first started to get these calls I told them to take me off there list, and they said they would, but the calls kept coming. The only way I found some peace was to add them to my blocked number list on my phone. This just sends them straight to voice mail after they have called me at least once. I take it a step further and forward all my missed calls to Google voice. Google voice allows me to completely block callers and mark them as spam. So the next time they call me my phone blocks the call which then goes to my Google voice, then Google voice recognizes there number as a flagged spam/blocked number and gives them an automated message saying "number has been disconnected". It feels good to know they are hearing that message, but they still don't take me off of their list. It's a small win, but hey I will take something over nothing when protecting myself from telemarketers. If you can foward your missed calls to google voice and you have google voice you should do this. It works. I usually have to send the telemarketers number a text message from google voice in order for it to show up inside google voice. Then after that you can choose to flag/block that number.

This number calls my home constantly. We can not sleep, shower, watch TV, watch a movie, eat, or do anything because our phone is constantly ringing and this number comes up and then no one is there. I am about to change my home phone number because of this number ruining our lives.

I know I'd sure be irritated too if these morons called me all the time, but can't you block the number with either your phone itself or with your phone provider, or assign it a silent ringtone?  If it were me I would turn the ringer off for long periods of time so that I could go about those daily activities you describe.  I'm also looking into buying a Digitone call blocker.  Many people posting on this website seem to find it works well for blocking annoying callers like this.

This pharmacy is calling me all hours to buy viagra and refuse to remove me from there list. I am in no need of this drug and pretty fed up with it. the number they are calling from 607-699-9219 is from NY somewhere however, its always an indain, Hindu speaking person. Worst part they try to talk you into these gereat deals and would not let up, until I mention about reporting them and then they just hang up.

I get this call from 607-699-9219 everyday around 11:40 AM and late afternoon with tree rings and hang up.... must be a SCAM call.. MUST BE STOPPED and investigate these clowns.

Something tells me Task Force Investigations Inc. is part of the scam.

The building they listed their office in can be rented by the hour and remotely by various companies.
Effectively, it's not a real office, rather a front for an office by an online company.

Call the local or federal law enforcement agencies only.

I just took a complaint from a resident that the person, with an accent, called looking for her husband.  He was returned the husband's call to the FCC.  The resident ended the call.  Good choice on her part.

This number calls my cell almost everyday.Been going on for years. I am thinking of changing my number as bad as I hate too.

I get calls from this number all the time and never answer.  They seem to be associated with an online Canadian pharmacy.  The pharmacy attempts to contact me from at least seven different numbers.  Also, don't respond to the obvious fake post above regarding task force investigations inc.  It is obviously the same people looking for your information.  Don't fall for it.

Did not leave a message.  I did not pickup this unknown phone #.  I googled it and they came back with it being a scam .  I do not pickup a number that has no name or that I do not know.
