this person called me and it was really weird because i have no idea who they are

I got a phone call from this number this afternoon no clue who it was

I also received two calls from this number today and have no clue who they are they lady ask for my sister and that is it, and has a weird accent..

These people keep calling me but never leave a message don't knowl who it is they call 3xme every day

Didn't pick up, no message. I've been getting a lot of spam calls lately this must be part of the series.

these people call every day and ask for my wife.  I've asked them to stop but they don't.  I am notifying Vietnam Org to see if they are affiliated

Keep getting calls from 1-607-821-1959.  We have not requested any information from this unknown number and they do not leave messages on our voice mail.  They call every day.  Some days we get get calls shortly after this number calls which makes us wonder if they are changing numbers.
