Somebody telling me I did not respond to email and that action would be taken.  JEEZ.

Sounds fishy to me!!

guy left a message saying that documentation had been returned to his desk with address unreadable and no signature and that I need to call him to see what the document was before something happen without me knowing.....Yeah Right sounds like a scam to me.

I was contacted by 607-327-7020 at 11:34 AM. At the time I was on the phone, so was unable to take the call. The caller left a voicemail stating "This is Joe Rizzo calling in regards to documentation returned to my office as undeliverable, no signature obtained. To reschedule a delivery or to get details on this matter before any decisions are made without your knowledge, please contact me at 844-327-7020." When I called the number back, I asked for the Company "Excella Recovery Group" and said that I never received a letter stating what this debt is for. I never received the gentlemans name, but he stated he would send another letter and hung up. I tried to call again and ask for the address and another gentleman hung up on me. The 3rd time I called, a woman named Melissa answered stating ERG and when I asked for the address, transferred me to Amy. Amy gave me the address of 6495 Transit Road, Bowmansville, NY 14026. (When I searched this address on the internet, it brings up a realty group, lancaster self storage, STS truck and trailer rental, golden tails pet supplies, big g roofing and AHH Harris Construction Supplies) Amy stated that I had complained and they had removed my phone number from the system. This seems suspicious to me. I've paid multiple times on payday loans and I continue to be scammed by companies. I don't owe any more on these loans.
