Recording of scammer claiming to be from the US Treasury department looking to "help" me.  The message gives the above number as the call-back to the scammer.  Caller has an Indian accent, so probably from overseas.

I was just informed that I should not ignore second call to help me avoid IRS TROUBLES. call is foreign accent. Scammer.

Another IRS Scam. I keep blocking entire area codes and these [***] keep putting in another area code and number into their VOIP dialer.
You can't tell me the government and the big telecom companies can do something about this! And 800notes.com why under Call Type is there not a chose of "scam" ? It is obviously a scam and none of the other choses.

Told them really wanted know why I was in trouble with IRS. Asked them to call me on my private line so my family members cant here me. Gave him the direct line to the local fbi office.
