keeps asking me about money borrowed never borrowed any in my life this is a big time scam

Definitely a scam. it's posted under American Cash Services USA-Payday Loan Collection Scam. This guy has been calling several people. DO NOT PLAY THE GAME.

I arrived to work at 5:50pm and in the last 45 minutes "Ricky" has called me 12 times and had called before that as well. He speaks no english and tried to tell me to have an attorney call him as I am to be arrested by Monday. Now this is a load of B.S. as I got the smae message from him over a month ago and was never arrested. I think this is some sort of Loan site and it is nothing but a scam and you are wasting your time if you go here for that. They will call you repeatedly and will not stop even if you threaten to call the police on them.

Ok so about a week ago I received a message from a mike cooper stating that I need to return his call as soon as I receive his message that either my self or my lawyer needs to call back and if I don't all he can say is good luck with what is about to unfold in front you when I tried calling back no one would answer I then googled the number found out that it was scam they have been telling people that the took out a payday online and not paid it and now there being sued. Then today 4-21-12 they tried it again.  This time I remembered what one lady said to him after his threatening messages. And pulled the same thing said I will be getting my doc.in mail asked what loan I took out and what date was fumbling his words sd my lawyer was working on it and could not find find anything out, he then told me that I would see soon enough. He even had my mailing address, was getting upset cause he wanted to read me an affidavit  I I was interrupting him. And he hung up when he could answer the question at hand.  I then called Backed this time he gave a different name asked what company this was. He said well who is this I said doesn't matter gave me a different law firm name. r
RED FLAG!!!!! Told him I was calling about harassing. Phone called and threats I needed to speek to some one hire up them him said he would have some one call back said no you need to someone on the phone now told he couldn't do that said well you better still said I can't do that do you understand that sir. I said then you need to stop calling me then he said or rather told me to GO TO HELL!! And hung up the phone..... Now what does that tell you scammmm!!!!!.  People remember to always ask questions just don't let their scare tactics work they just want you banking info so the can steal you money leagaly and get away with it cause you gave you information to them and gave them your concent to do so.

I received the same message that David, Shileshia and Ryan received,  So I think Monday morning, I will be calling my police detective friend with this information and we'll go from there.  Unbelievable ! ~

I got the same indian speaking person or at least very broken speaking person. I needed to call or have my attorney call because there was some kind of criminal law suit that was going to be filed on me and my associates, it sounded like a script and he did say good luck if I didn't call. I tried calling back and it was busy for 2 days and when I finally got through and told him I wanted I didn't appreciate being threatened he hung up.

some Indian sounding guy called me and left a message that me or my attorney better call them back. This was a time sensitive call and if I did not call him back all he could say to me was good luck. He sounded very threatening. When I called them back, they kept asking me for my name and the number that they had called. I got ugly with them and told them I was not giving them my number that they just called it and should know what it was. They hung up on me... I am very sick of this man calling me 15 times a day!!

I called the police on this guy and they called him. Do no threaten to call the police on him, just do it. Save any messages and play them for your local police officers and maybe just maybe someone can make an arrest. I would love to file a class action lawsuit against this f****r

This guy called and said that I was going to be brought up on charges of internet fraud because of transfering money to my bank account, which I have never done, he has my social and bank account numbers.

This is a great idea maybe we can all get together and get this site off the net for good.
